[Gameplay] Bug q spell for Sion with smart cast

q spell is activated twice when you press it once with the smart cast. How to reproduce :

1. Toggle on smart cast
2. Press the button "q" once
3. You can now see the q spell activated twice instead of once (I apologize for my bad english ;-( )
