The Ascension game mode bug

I was playing as mordekaiser in Ascension mode. And i killed the enemy champion with my ulti. Then i killed the Ascended Xerath as the ghost of my ulti. And The ghost became ascended then Duration of my ghost finished and Ascended Xerath didnt come out again. Please fix this bug.
