[Gameplay] Jax ultimate doesn't work.

To put it simply, Jax's ultimate is not working. I'm not sure if it was the skin that I was using (SKT T1 Jax) or if it's just a general champion issue. Whenever I used his ultimate, it would turn on for a second or two, (whereas it should be on for 8 seconds i believe) then it would turn off. The buff icon that normally displays after using the skill also wasn't showing up. I've tested this on both aram and the rift to make sure. As I mentioned earlier though, im not sure if it was because of the skin I was using, or if it was just an overall character bug. Although the active is not working, the passive seems to be working fine. I will try to get video or screenshots posted.
