When i was playing skarner and i ulted jinx it would cancel right away asked her she wasn't sure. She had no items or summoners that could cancel in fact nothing on their team could cancel my ult. It worked on everyone else that match just not jinx.
Did she have ga?
GA is currently causing a bug wherein champions who have built it can't be ulted by Skarner. It goes on cooldown as if you had, but doesn't actually go off. From what I'm seeing in that screenshot, she didn't have it but you did. Perhaps it's a bug with Skarner as well, where if he builds a GA it won't ult either?
