Azir Movement/AA with soldiers

When I begin auto attacking with my soldiers, I attack as normal, but then Azir will start to move (while the creep is in range). So:

1. The creep is in range of my soldier.
2. I am in range to use the soldiers as auto attacks.
3. Neither the creep, nor I are moving after my first soldier AA.
4. I begin to walk toward the enemy creep (as if it had gone out of range of my soldier).
