It's me on the video and it has been recorded today, the glitch has been fixed for close range combo but not after a jump. I already created a post in this forum earlier about the issue

Nah, that's not what I meant. The link is to a pbe post that includes specific repro steps. Are the repro steps the same?

No, but this glitch was known from riot and has been fixed for close range combo. You had to q and w at the same time when you had 4 stacks but no longer works in close range, but it still work after a jumped combo as you can see in the video.
