Panthon's W (Aegis of Zeonia) hits and stuns people even when they're not there! I was playing Lucian at the time, and I used my E (relentless pursuit) to get away, but I was still hit and stunned!!! Is anyone else having this problem?
It's a point and click stun, it's supposed to do that, it's going to hit you no matter what you do.
Working as intended. Riot said this was so champions with unit-targeted CC dashes can fight mobile champions. Otherwise hoppers like 
would be impossible to lock down.
Panth's stun is an on target cast, once he starts the cast, i don't believe it can be stopped. Even if you finish going B right as he uses W on you, you still still get stunned, safe at the base yes, but still stunned.
Well then it should stun you before he jumps...
