Riot there is a serious in game bug

I am playing a game currently with Annie and the game has frozen crashes on me 3 times in a row in less than 6 minute. I submitted the bug splat but i want to make sure the problem is fixed for next game.

1 person on my team reported me for AFK / RQ. I did not btw. The game was crashing on me and i dont know why.

This is the game match I dont know how to post video shots, I didn't leave and I don't want to get banned. I never leave games. Ever.

I know the consequences of leaving a LoL game.
