[CLIENT] bug - Game freezes when I enter champion select

To Riot, Once in a while, when I queue up for a match and I just begin to go into champion select, my game would freeze. The freeze would occur at the very start where you would pick your champion. It get really frustrating when this occurs, especially when it happens in ranked champion select. It would load half of the summoners, then freeze. In task manager, it would say my league client in not responding. I would be forced to exit league and log back in, otherwise I would have to wait for hours on a frozen league screen. I would be in LeaverBuster once I try to queue up for a rank game, and it's really annoying when I lose 3 LP due to this. I do not know if this is a bug on my side or Riot's side, but I would really appreciate it if you can look into it and possibly fix my situation. Please help me out, I really do not want to lose more LP.
