[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser's W is not working

While playing Morde in Aram I struggled with correctly targeting someone with my W. Even though I would click on an ally to target the skill would activate on what seems to be a random ally. It stayed this way during the whole game. Sometimes the seemingly random ally would be the one I targeted- it wasn't always someone else.

If this is how it is supposed to be then the skill description does not reflect that.
