Rune Bug: Greater Glyph of Mana Regeneration (+0.33 mana regen / 5 sec.)

On the rune page, 9x t3 blue mp5 runes show as giving +~3mp5, however on champion select rune page preview and in-game on the mana bar it displays as +0.6. Have not found any post related to this on forums so I assume it's a bug? Please fix thx
