[Gameplay] New Summoners Rift: Vladimir immune to Veigar's Stun

There is a bug on the new Summoners Rift where sometimes Vlad can pass through Veigar's Event Horizon while in Sanguine Pool without being stunned. I'm not sure if this also is happening in the original map.

Is that a bug? Vladimir is untargetable during Sanguine Pool and isn't affected by AoE attacks, so I would imagine that Vlad passing through Event Horizon would be intended behaviour.
