[ Gameplay] Muramana ARAM bug

Hello guys! Yesterday i played an ARAM game with Ezreal and bought a Manamune when it was upgraded I couldn't toggle the effect on it wrote that is toggled but it wasn't.

That is a tooltip error. Muramana no longer (as of 6.4 I think) toggles. It's always on until your mana is at or below 20% of your max and only affects champions.
