BUG - Fiddlesticks URF: Q not lasting full duration

I noticed that Fiddlesticks' Q - Terrify is supposed to last 1.25 seconds at LVL 1 (it even says this in game) but in urf mode it was only lasting for maybe 0.5 seconds on champions which seems bugged. I checked the list of champions that recieved special changes for URF and he is not on it. The spell was full duration on minions/monsters though. As I leveled up his Q the duration seemed to increase much like the "non-urf" durations, however it never lasted for more than a single second. Its not like it was being QSS'd away because I first noticed it within a couple of minutes of the game starting so no one had the item yet.

I would understand if this was done intentionally, but I havent seen it mentioned anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

It's possible they buffed the tenacity but didn't update the tooltip to reflect it.

There is tenacity on all champs naturally.

The "URF" buff that everyone gets includes 25% tenacity.

Read the Awesome Buff of Awesomely Awesome Buffing. Everybody gets extra tenacity to help counteract the otherwise ridiculous amount of permastuns that would be going on.
