Fix or reset your freakin servers.

I just got done playing a game where my average ms was 378. If I got lucky, it would drop below 90. Most of my teamfights looked like I was playing on an atari, everyone was just jumping around, freezing in place, then damage would be doled out. While me, sitting in the middle of it all, could only helplessly spam abilities, hoping I hit someone. Either fix your servers, or put some on the east coast, cause this is just retarded. No other game do I have this issue with, none, no MMOs, DOTA2, TF2, War Thunder. They all play flawlessly with great ping, right up until I hit LoL, so it isnt my end. Do you hire IT guys to handle this stuff? Or do you send monkeys in to bash on the servers until they work?
