[Client] Not Responding after accepting match

So after the 5.7 patch I went into a lobby with about 4 friends and as we found a match, I accepted and everyone else did. When the box went and we were going into champion select, my league froze and everyone else went into the champion select. I waited to see if it lagged but then the screen went white and I had to open my task manager and end the client. So I got a 5 minute leaver buster for league of legends not responding. But once I finished the buster we rejoined the queue and it did it again and I got a 12 minute ban. So i just stopped playing cause it wasn't fair on me. Later today though I went into solo queue and it worked fine so I thought it fixed itself, so I played with a friend but we joined queue and when we found a game the screen went white as we went into champion select again! Please help, I don't want to have to have to play in solo queue every game.
