Viktor Bug

In the "Definitely Not Dominion" game mode, i went Viktor and got his Hex Core item first.

Unfortunately, when i tried to power up my E with it, it did not evolve. It would not do the damage effect the evolution gives nor would it let me evolve it by upgrading my core. Even worse, at the max lvl Core, my ult wouldn't lvl since my E wasn't evolved, which was a real pain.

Reconnecting did NOT work.

(P.S. I really hope you look into this, Riot, especially since Viktor's evolved E and Ult are extremely important)
