[GAMEPLAY] Ryze spell target cursor takes to long to revert back to normal

When playing , after getting his ult, when you activate his ult and proceed to slam on your keyboard to do his spell combo sometimes the cursor will stay in spell target mode. After a while, varies, it will revert back to normal. However, while the cursor is in spell target mode you cannot ping on the map, but you can still move and buy items.

It's easy to replicate. All you have to do is activate your ult and continuously press Q, W,and E even when they are on cool down, and once the ult is over your cursor should be in spell target mode. I think the time it takes to revert back to normal depends on how many times you have mashed the W and E keys while they are on cool down. This glitch occurs quite frequently to me. This glitch may occur on other champions, but since most champions aren't as spell spammy as Ryze I haven't experienced it.
