didnt get the rp from a tournament

about a week ago me and my team won the tournament and one of the players didnt get the promised rp, when we all registered to riot's website he coudlnt register for unknown reason although the other 4 could register. that's the last match records: https://gyazo.com/0d6b258eee40fc253f4cc6ab0edf9eb9 we all got 800rp and the player that didnt get the rp is:Zishay
