[GAMEPLAY] Ornn Ulti too fast
I was playing a round of ARAM as Ornn, all game long when i used the ultimate the elemental was way too fast. I wasnt able to reactivate the ultimate unless i waited till the elemental passed Ornn. I think it was only for me that fast since my team was using the ? ping on me.
