[Client] Dynamic Queue insta-dodge

I was playing ranked and had just accepted the game. I was sent into lobby and was 3rd pick. After bans were done 1st and 2nd picked, a friend (who was not added) of my friend (who was added) invited me to a ranked game. Unknowingly I pressed 'accept' and in the chat it said:

• Player1 has left the chat room.
• Player2 has left the chat room.
• Player 3 has left the chat room.
• Player 4 has left the chat room. After that the timer (which was for the enemy team) continued to go down and eventually ended on 0 and just stayed there. I thought, I had to lock in my role so it better hurry. Few moments later, I am removed from matchmaking and have to wait 5 minutes.
