Bug Fix needed on Jax's Counter-Strike[GAMEPLAY]

I was in a game playing as Jax in top lane vs. Nasus and his Siphoning strike was still doing damage during my Counter-Strike. From my understanding of the patch notes this should not happen.

1. Jax uses E
2. Nasus uses q
3. damage is still dealt
