screen freezes

okay so when i go play a game sometimes the queue doesnt pop and when im in champ select screen freezes and it says someone still picking at 0 secs then its my turn to choose but because im screen is frozen i cant pick and i end up "declining" and get lower piority queue. and it only started happening yesterday tho when i moved my computer to my grandpa because im staying at his place for the week.
