Missing skin
Hey ever since the Shen updates were announced my frozen Shen skin has disappeared has this happened to anyone else?

Hey Z3RoR3BoRN,
How did you receive the skin? If you received it as a gift and that player was subject to a chargeback, any items he purchased with that RP will have been returned, including gifts. This is the usual cause of missing skins. Getting a chargeback yourself will of course cause this too.
If that didn't happen, or you can't verify it, first try reloading your client (if you haven't) and check. If it's still gone, please submit a Support Ticket and let them know so they can see what happened.

i had aether wing kayle mystery gifted to me and now it is gone from my account i have been a loyal customer of league of legends but i am starting to feel riped off out of my skins if they are going to go missing from my account plz help me fix this i would like my skin back and it seems im not the only one missing a skin
