My skins arent working!

So I recently got accepted to the PBE and when I try to play on my regular account not on the PBE, none of my skins work! Some of them show up but an error message pops up when I try to pick them, some of them say I havnt purchased them when I have, and some don't even show up at all. I have no idea whats going on, but it probably has something to do with me downloading the PBE doesn't it? Is there a certain way you download it or something or is my league just messing up?
