LoLClient is not not Working..

I have had a recent ban on me for 20 mins that I can't get rid of due to my LoLClient not working/ Leauge won't start when I press launch. When I am waiting out the ban it all of a sudden crashes and says "LoLClent is not working. Windows is closing down the program." I cannot wait out the ban due to this happening. This happens if I have 10 minutes left of the ban to 10 seconds. This happened before the launcher would not work. When I double click the LoL icon to start the game, the Leauge of Legends symbol shows then disappears and the launcher will not work. Either way, I cannot play the game. Also I may remind you I have gotten this ban from beginner bot games! I am still a teenager so I live with my parents. My mom does not understand I cannot pause the game so when I try to explain to her she just threatens to ground me. Due to this I get this ban that is impossible to get rid of. Please take note of this! I have tried getting my computer fixed all the way to YouTube tutorials to help me out. I would really appreciate it if you could respond ASAP considering this has been going on for a while. Thank you!
