Hello! I played many games and I got often S- but I can not get a chest. When I look in my profile I have 4 chest available and champions I played I did not earned box for them. So question is if it is bug or what is this?

do you have a chest available? "I have 4 chests available" check did you already earn a chest with that champion? "champions I played I did not earned box for them" check is your honor locked? sees that it is well there's your problem. with a locked honor you cannot earn any rewards until it is unlocked. no free chests, no mastery tokens, nothing.

just try and be more careful in games. there is no set method of unlocking it. waiting it out is the best you can do. sometimes it will unlock after like a week sometimes several months. I suppose I should mention that while honor locked friends cannot gift you items either.
