Hello! I played many games and I got often S- but I can not get a chest. When I look in my profile I have 4 chest available and champions I played I did not earned box for them. So question is if it is bug or what is this?

well let's check each thing off
do you have a chest available? "I have 4 chests available" check did you already earn a chest with that champion? "champions I played I did not earned box for them" check is your honor locked? sees that it is well there's your problem. with a locked honor you cannot earn any rewards until it is unlocked. no free chests, no mastery tokens, nothing.
Does someone know the solution?
you cant get chests if your honor level isnt lvl 2+ I think
