Game not starting with Jhin + Skin

Just bought Jhin + his skin, tried to start a Bot game to test him out. the Client will not start up the game, I closed the client and tried to click reconnect and that won't work either. Please fix this. Also if you can remove the ban time limit from my account because now im going to have to wait 5 or 20 minutes to enter a game over a bug..
