[BUG] Aatrox's passive

While playing Aatrox a lot of times throughout the match I noticed my attack speed dropping dramatically for a few seconds then going back to normal. Turns out the passive attack speed bonus of Blood Well wasnt applying at all even when I had my Blood Well full..
