My Chroma Skin isnt Showing up

So I bought the Pool Party Leona skin chroma and it isnt showing up. I have tried going into champ select in multiply different game modes but I still cant use the Chroma. I have confirmed that i bought it through the shop and the purchase history. Please help me.
