Evelynn Ravage Proc Sound but not Ability?

When I use Ravage the sound will proc but the ability will not be used. This happens when someone flashes out of it. Or if they go into a bush and disappear. Or if they grab thresh lantern, or last second teleport. It happens every time. AS if the ability never was used. Yet the sound for the ability goes off saying that it was used. The ability then remains still usable even after the sound went off. Why is this, how can I fix it, I miss out on a couple kills a game just because of this. Eve as is can be challenging to get those last minute kills and if you cant even have an ability assassinate a guy last minute then another reason why she isn't a true assassin.

This is a bug i think that she always had.

I just never noticed it back in the day I guess. Seems to happen a ton now since there are just so many ways to get our of trouble its more noticeable. Really effects the game play to hear an ability go off. And spam a different ability not realizing the other one never went off even though the sound did. Makes you have to just hit all abilities at all times? That doesn't seem intended? If an ability shouldn't work it shouldn't work but anyway if all champs do that its more then just one character issue.

What sucks is champs that don't have abilities that require you to click and they actual work where those who don't wont. One more disadvantage to EVE.

Remember back in the day when you had Warwick use his Infinite Duress and the dude was in a different location but still stun with the ult. Because he actually hit the guy within mill sec. Having a delay on abilities changes the game play of an assassination role for sure. You have to be in longer which leads to more deaths and diving in hope of abilities hitting. Warding bushes just to use your abilities where Riven just jumps on your face spamming!

Recent update, used ravage and the guy flashed away my Ravage hit him and the guy died at the end of their flash!!!!!!! WHATTTTT!!!! it worked!!!

It was amazing for one minute the ability worked as if Evelynn was a true assassin just when they thought they were away free DEAD!!!!

I will remember that moment forever not sure why the ability worked because it never works when that happens thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I can now play a different champ to get that every time I play an ability. Seems the old characters that have old mechanics like Nasus and have the one click wonder abilities just don't proc because of range issues or bugs yet still makes the sounds. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS love it!!!!!!!

You can test the same thing with Lee sin. Get into a brush, place a Target dummy, ult it and flash out of the brush during the ult animation. You won't have flash, but you'll still have your ult. I don't see how it's a bug, you're not in range of the target/you loss vision of it. The only real bug is that it made the sound.

I'll often hear my Nasus say Despair! when I W someone as they enter a brush. The sound probably goes off no matter what, while the ability goes off only if you still have vision/are in range of the target.

I Name it a bug because it can't be intendet to be Abel to miss a Point and click skill but always get hit from meele aa when you Flash away.Maybe it is i don't know just sems strange.
