Crash Report #141677907 3rd part apps ?????

I haven't played the game for over 2 years, and I just downloaded it 2 days ago trying to get back in it, and after the charactor selection screen, and the banning of charactors etc etc it goes to the full screen black mode then jumps out, and give me a crash report, and im kinda confused by it.

Crash Report #141677907 A 3rd party application has cause the game to crash. Please deactivate or uninstall any 3rd party apps that modify the League of Legends executables, in order to prevent future crashes.

I don't know what 3rd party apps I have ? I am kinda confused can someone help me
