Client Crashes During Champ Select

Riot, you seriously need to fix your client and the punishment system. If my client crashes because you did a bad job making it then I shouldn't lose 3 LP and I definitely shouldn't have to wait 6 minutes to que up again. It is unfair and you need to be able to recognize the difference between a player dodging and your system literally crashing right as I am about to click lock in. I have never posted on the boards before but I know i am not the only one who has this issue so please, just fix your shit so I won't have to come to these boards.
