My account got hacked and they bought bad champs and used my refunds, what do i do?
i dont know what to do and i dont know how to use any of the champs they bought.

Likely you can put in a support ticket, but guessing on being out of luck or banned if it's determined you were soliciting elo boosting and they didn't "hack you" but simply used the information they freely received.
