Missing skins

Recently when playing a game, in the lock-in screen i selected Rengar and went to select a skin. I tried selecting the Pretty Kitty Rengar skin, but it wasn't available. I found this kinda odd, as i was pretty sure i purchased it in my shop a few weeks ago. I wasn't sure, so i didn't think too much of it. Today i wanted to play Kha'zix, and so i locked him in. In the skin selector, i was unable to select Mecha Kha'zix. This skin i was sure i was supposed to have, as it was my only Kha'zix skin. I checked, and both skins can be seen in my purchase history. Both skins show up as refunded, although i am pretty sure the Kha'zix skin was from rerolling 3 skin shards. I did not refund any of these skins, and i did not recieve any RP in return either, if these had actually been refunded. What can i do?
