Blue Essence Amount Frozen

I've just come back from a year+ long hiatus and had around 25k Blue essence, bought some champions, and started playing. Normal/Draft Picks that I've been playing show that they are giving me blue essence, but the amount on my account doesn't budge. What should I do to fix this?
