Riot, please, if you fix no other bug this year, fix the serious design flaw that allows obnoxious players to spam the laugh (or joke or taunt) all game long. If I mute them, I can't see what they're saying when it's important. I'm sick of hearing that junk for 45 minutes straight.

I understand where you are coming from, but stuff like this just clouds up the bugs board. Maybe you could post this in Miscellaneous instead? You aren't going to get more attention from riot just for posting in the bugs board.
