Waive my low priority queue punishment please

Bugsplatted twice in 3 games today and now I have to wait an extra 20 minutes before i can play for 5 games. I don't get the chance to play this game as often as i used because of time in the army anyways, and 20 minutes of waiting leaves me no choice but to stop playing league alltogether and starting to play a different game, which I'd hate to do.

Can someone please spend some time taking a look at my situation, I'm sure the "failed to reconnect to game" messaging can be seen by riot staff.
