Hello, I was playing as tryndamere and everytime I use my ultimate (Undying rage ) the enemy jungler could kill me with the smite. Also he could smite fizz even when he is on the pole dance stance. I am pretty sure none of this should happen or maybe I am missing something maybe in the current season u can smite anything anywhere (even Vladmir Sanguine Pool).

Smiting Fizz now ?? Hmm I think I'll take smite mid now just for fizz and go to wraiths every now and then to buff the smite

Can confirm, thought that this was actually the damage from devouring blade at first, but I have indeed been smited to death during trynd ultimate repeatedly.
For trynd it actually makes sense because it does true damage which is only negated by absolute invulnerability shields. I'm not sure his ulti is considered actual invulnerability. Some things go through it.
For fizz that might be a bug. Are we talking about that he gets hit while mid bubble or as he is going into bubble then dies from the already incoming damage?
Honestly these are so remote in possibility anyways it seems like it would be fine to leave it this way. Smiting champions does almost no damage even if you could do it during these times. Also trynd's ultimate has so little counterplay giving an extra option in terms of two champion smites that the jg must choose to counter seems not so bad a trade off.
Be interested to see if this gets a red post.
I was watching my husband play the other night and they got ganked by the enemy teams Vi jungle and with one of her hits they noticed that smite lighting bolt land on their champion. We thought this may be a major bug since smite isn't supposed to work on enemy champions, or maybe one of her moves looked like a lighting bolt like that? I don't know.

Maybe it is a bug like Terff said, "see as both are un-targetable or else they would be able to be hit by active items. Again for Tryndamere it again might be a bug. For those who think that it gives more counter against Tryndamere I have one word 
. Ever try using it after he actives his ult. It's effect last longer then the ult itself
I saw tryndamere get smited a few times last night and die in his ult.. In another game I also got smited while zilean ulted as Caitlyn and died anyways, like the ult canceled itself lol. Pretty troll :D
