Unable to connect to server

i feel so bad, unable to connect to server in ranked game..i tried to fix it, i restarted my client and windows but still unable to connect to server, i used my second laptop the same issue after that my team remaked the game and i lost 19 lp and i became leaver and it is not the 1st time happened to me, u already made the climb impossible i should win at least 6 in row to pass one division ... now i cant log in even in practice tool the same problem, riot has disconnected me from theri server TY Riot keep it, im really start hating this game, i feel so bad that i bought RP and i waste my money.
