[GAMEPLAY] "Use Relative Team Colors" Not Working

Hi,

After returning to the game, I noticed CSing on red side felt bizarre.

I have always had the setting enabled that makes enemy minions red. As you can see in the imgur screenshot, this feature is not currently working - not just in Poro King, but in all gamemodes, 100% reproducible.
