[GAMEPLAY] Permanent Grasp of the Undying from Warwick E

I was playing a custom as Warwick against a friend who had brought Grasp of the Undying as their keystone mastery. We found out that as long as he was under the health threshold and I sensed him with my E, his Grasp would keep refreshing as if he were in combat, even if he wasn't (we made sure there were no minions or sunfire interactions going on). We tried it in multiple games with two different champions (Kindred and Yasuo if it matters), and on different parts of the map, such as in the middle of the river, and found that it still works regardless. I'm not sure if this is an intended interaction or not, as I am not sure if you want to consider being sensed by Warwick's E as "in combat", but I feel that it might need to be looked at as having free access to a basically infinite Grasp as long as Warwick's E senses you might end up causing some unfair laning issues.

Replicating this is simple. Just have someone on Warwick, and someone on the opposing team that has Grasp, and bring them below the health threshold in an area with no minions, and then back off from them while still in range of your E.
