Trouble with ranked queues

I'm having trouble accessing the 'chose your role' page, it takes 1-2 minutes to appear and sometime I have to restart my client.

I finally get into a game, then a player in the opposing team forgot to lock in, the game didn't dodge or anything, everybody had to leave 1 by 1 ... Hopefully it doesn't affect our placement match.

FIX PLEASE...
