Blank Screen After Champ Selet

I recently started getting a black screen with the league of legends sign in the middle after champ select. Champ select is fine and after it closes, the league of legends sign pops up (like normal) and then instead of it going away and the normal loading screen coming up it stays black. This started happening when I switched to rogers internet. It was only happening a bit but now I can never play anymore. Please help, I have tried everything from turning off firewall to re-installing and nothing has worked.
