Unable to connect to the game ( Just shows a Black screen and say that the APP Is not responding

So i was playing a game Before the Bug it was normal nothing weird then we went for another game and me and my friend got a black screen before the loading screen , So we tried closing The game and Reconnecting (Didn't work) Tried Closing the Whole Client then Reconnecting ( Still didn't work ) And Tried to close The whole PC and doing everything again and Nothing Worked Probably now i have a 20 Mins Band For a Bug that caused by Rito Amumu And i wont get Unbanned i have to play every game and wait for 20 mins before every game Amumu Seriously And there is a chance that i wont get my Season Rewards cause i got a Leaver Buster Ban Amumu

Dude, happens to me also. Had 2 games where that happened. Had to restart the client just to make it work. Costed my team 7 mins without an adc :/ and our lead

Ive been having that happen since the new patch, the game never loads without freezing up until about 2:15 into the game, every time. on SR and ARAM, but not when I do a custom bot game.
