Transfer rollback

Hello!

I saw that transfers are open once again and tried to transfer, but whenever it says that my account is transferred, it's really not. I am trying to log into EUW (where I am supposed to be), but I am not there, and if I log back on my account on EUNE it's still there with 2600 RP, so a rollback happens every time I try to do the transfer. What is wrong with the transfer system, is it even working?
