Client/Crash

I was trying to climb up the ladder by playing some ranked games and twice in champion select an error appeared and closed my game. The server interpreted such actions as dodging, hence I was unable to queue again for 5 and 30 minutes respectively (On top of the fact that my profile says I have -9 LP). I would like some feedback on this issue! Thank you very much for taking your time and reading through.
