[GAMEPLAY BUG] Runic Affinity doesn't work properly in preseaon 5

Runic Affinity - Increases shrine, relic, quest and neutral monster buff durations by 20%.

This mastery doesn't increase buff duration of new buffs like Krog's Gift of Heavy Hands, Gromp's Gift of the Toadstool nor Raptor's True sight. I didn't test this mastery on dragon's 5th buff or Baron's buff.
