What is wrong with the shop (skins you get discounts on)

So the shop on my other account is broken, its giving me a discount on foxfire ahri supposedly. But in reality the skin is only 975 in the store, but its saying I can buy it for 1400rp??? and also it's saying the original price for blood moon talon was 2230rp. I may be missing something here, but just posting to see if anyone else has this problem.
