[GAMEPLAY] Fiddlesticks and jungle items (machete, etc.)

When jungling Fiddlesticks I notice that I don't usually get the on hit magic damage from my jungle item, as Fiddlesticks doesn't really auto camps but uses his abilities. As a result Fiddles has a relatively slow clear. Is there any way you could change machete so its fair to junglers who don't rely so much on autoing camps? Perhaps it could be that you get the magic damage when using your abilities as well as autos.
